The new genus Dictyoceratosporella is established on the basis of monoblastic conidiogenous cells with conidia branched into two or more multicellar, dictyoseptate arms. Two new species, D. cordata and D. limushanense, collected from the Tropical forests of Hainan, China are described and illustrated. Dictyoceratosporella is compared with similar anamorphic genera including Actinocladium, Ceratosporella, Digitoramispora, Pseudoacrodictys and Triposporium. A key to the new genus and related genera is provided.
